Xavi Hernandez, the renowned former Barcelona manager, has announced his intention to return to coaching this summer.

Cyber Reporters gathered that following a brief sabbatical, Xavi expressed his eagerness to re-enter the world of football management, driven by his enduring passion for coaching.

In an interview, the 45-year-old revealed his plans to resume his coaching career.

“I plan to return to the sidelines this summer. While I have enjoyed my time away from the day-to-day grind, my passion for coaching has never waned, and I am eager to get back into the mix,” Xavi shared.

During his break, Xavi has been observing and analyzing various teams, focusing on Ligue 1 clubs like Paris Saint-Germain, AS Monaco, and Lille OSC.

He has also been studying the tactical approaches of prominent coaches, including Luis Enrique and Roberto De Zerbi.

Xavi has also been monitoring the managerial styles of notable coaches like Pep Guardiola, Arne Slot, and Mikel Arteta.

Additionally, he has been following Premier League clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United.

Xavi’s tenure at Barcelona was marked by significant success, including winning the UEFA Champions League, La Liga, and the Super Cup.

He expressed pride in having faith in the new generation of players at Barcelona, who emerged and made their mark on the first team under his guidance.

“I feel immense pride in having placed my trust in a new generation,” Xavi remarked. “Players like Fermín, Lamine, Pau, and Alejandro represent the future of Barcelona. Their potential and talent fill me with optimism for the club’s direction.”

With his sabbatical coming to an end, Xavi is now preparing for his return to coaching.

He is expected to resume his managerial career this summer, with several top European clubs likely to be interested in securing his services.
