The draw ceremony for the 2024 African Nations Championship, CHAN, is scheduled to take place on January 15 at the Kenyatta International Convention in Nairobi, Kenya, where the home-based Super Eagles will learn their group stage opponents.

This announcement was made by the Confederation of African Football, CAF, the governing body of African football.

Cyber Reporters reports that the draw will determine the groups for the 2024 CHAN, which will be co-hosted by Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.

The Home Eagles are making a return to the biennial competition after a six-year absence.

They secured their spot in the tournament by defeating Ghana 3-1 on aggregate in the qualifying rounds.

This victory marked a significant win for the team against their perennial rivals.

The 2024 CHAN is scheduled to run from February 1 to February 28, 2025.

The tournament will feature the best home-based players from across Africa, competing for national pride and glory.
