Cristiano Ronaldo’s late winner secured a thrilling 2-1 victory for Al-Nassr against Al-Shabab in the Saudi Pro League.

Ronaldo’s 55th goal in 54 games since joining Al-Nassr maintained their second-place position in the standings.

The Portuguese superstar took to his X account to celebrate, posting a team photo with the caption: “We never give up!!”

This win marks Al-Nassr’s fifth consecutive victory in the Saudi Pro League, solidifying their title challenge.

Ronaldo has been instrumental in the team’s success, scoring 18 goals in his last 14 games.

Al-Nassr now trails leaders Al-Hilal by just two points. The rivalry between the two teams is expected to intensify as the season progresses.

Ronaldo’s impressive performance has sparked praise from fans and pundits alike. His move to Al-Nassr in January 2023 has significantly boosted the profile of Saudi Arabian football.

Cyber Reporters gathered that Ronaldo’s transfer has led to increased interest in the Saudi Pro League, with viewership numbers soaring.

Al-Nassr’s next match is against Al-Ittihad on November 2, as they aim to keep pressure on leaders Al-Hilal.

With Ronaldo leading the charge, Al-Nassr is poised to make a strong push for the title.
