The Department of State Services has detained Micheal Lenin, a leader in the current Endbadgovernance rallies in the Federal Capital Territory.

The DSS snatched up Lenin at approximately 2 a.m. on Monday at his home in the FCT’s Apo region.

Damilare Adenola, Director of Mobilization for the Take It Back Movement, told our correspondent that the DSS invaded Lenin’s house.

He said that the DSS also abused him during his arrest.

Adenola said, “ Lenin has been arrested by the DSS. He was picked up during a raid on his house around 2am.

“He was arrested and tortured in the presence of his family. We are demanding his immediate and unconditional release.“

The DSS spokesperson, Peter Afunanya, could not be reached as of the time of filing this report.
