Popular Nigerian crossdresser and socialite, Bobrisky consoles Nigerian artiste Davido after he failed to win at the 66th Grammy Awards.
Davido was nominated for three Grammy Awards, including Best World Music Album, Best Dance Recording, and Best Music Video, but lost to South African artist Tyla, Indian artist Shakti, and the American trio Béla Fleck, Edgar Meyer, Zakir Hussain, and Rakesh Chaurasia.
Bobrisky, who is known for his powerful and controversial lifestyle on social media, turned to Instagram to declare his undying support for Davido.
In a poignant post, he informed the musician that his value in the worldwide music scene goes beyond any prize or validation.
Bobrisky wrote: I’m super proud of you, David. I’m your biggest fan, and I’m sure your lawyer Prince tells you this always. You are too big to fail. You’ve passed that level. You are a world star, and nothing beats that. Grammy or no Grammy, we love your music, and we won’t stop listening to it.”
