All is set at the Court of Appeal Abuja to deliver Judgment on the Governorship election dispute in Nasarawa State.

Entry and exit points of the Court have also been barricaded with heavily armed security officials.

This is in a bid to fully manage the security situation in the light of the anticipated judgement of the appellate court.

The legal tussle for power is between Abdullahi Sule of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and his opponent, David Ombugadu of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Also, some senior officials of the APC are currently seated in Court, including former National Chairman of the party, Sen. Abdullahi Adamu.

The State Governorship election petition tribunal had annulled the election of Governor Sule and declared Ombugadu as duly elected.
