Primeboy’s mother, a suspect in the ongoing case involving the late singer Mohbad, has spoken out in an emotive video.
She addressed Nigerians in an emotional state, asserting her son’s innocence in the unfortunate events preceding Mohbad’s death.
It’s important emphasising that Prime Boy and Mohbad had a relationship that went beyond friendship; they were boyhood pals.
Prime Boy’s mother described both young guys as her kids, emphasising the strong bond they shared.
She was adamant that her son, Prime Boy, would never harm Mohbad because of their close and affectionate bond.
Prime Boy’s mother, speaking in Yoruba, urged Nigerians to exercise prudence and avoid from pronouncing judgement on her son.
She was adamant that he was not guilty of any of the charges levelled against him.
Mohbad, 27, died on September 12, and the circumstances surrounding his premature death have sparked a storm of controversy on social media.
Some others, including suspects and eyewitnesses Sam Larry and Naira Marley, as well as close family members, have been summoned for interrogation, while others are in police detention as authorities attempt to untangle the convoluted web surrounding his mysterious murder.
