Former Nigerian Senator, Shehu Sani has noted that Nigeria’s President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu would have been lashed on social media if he attended the AFCON finals.

“Don’t blame Tinubu for Buhari’s mistakes” – Oshiomole

Sen. Sani via his X handle tweeted that only God would have saved the president from the “Kokomo” of Nigerians if he had attended the final match.

The Nigerian Super Eagles lost to the Elephants of Côte d’Ivoire in Ivory Coast.

Recall President Tinubu was already announced to attend the AFCON finals before  a counter announcement, revealing the vice president, Kashim Shettima to represent him.

Sani in his tweet said:

If the President has attended that Match,na only God go save am from una koboko.
