Amidst Impeachment crisis, Siminalayi Fubara, governor of Rivers, and his predecessor Nyesom Wike, are currently attending the police Council meeting in Abuja.

The meeting which convenes all Governors of the 36 States and the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory is holding now.

Wike and his Successor are reported to have shook hands before the commencement of the meeting.

There have been strong speculations of the duo’s political war over supremacy in the State.
However, in reaction to some of the news reports from Yesterday, the Governor has also debunked rumors of dissolving his executive council and suspending the Chief Justice of the State.
