Senegal defeated Morocco on Sunday night to win the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, also known as AFCON.
The match ended 1-0 in favour of Senegal after 120 minutes, thanks to Pape Gueye’s first-half extra-time goal.
During the encounter, Brahim Diaz saw his weak Panenka saved by Senegal goalkeeper, Edouard Mendy.
