Samuel Chukwueze has said Fulham deserved more from their disappointing loss to Manchester City.

Fulham lost 5-4 to Pep Guardiola’s side in a thrilling Premier League encounter at the Craven Cottage on Tuesday night.

The Whites trailed 5-1 at a point in the game but scored three goals to ensure a nervy end to the game.

Chukwueze rose from the bench to score twice for Marco Silva’s men.

The hosts created more chances to earn at least a point from the game but were unfortunate to go home empty handed.

“The chances we created in the second half were almost there.

“It was a difficult one to take because we wanted three wins in a row and it didn’t happen, but we’ll keep our heads up. We fought until the last minute and on Sunday (against Crystal Palace) we’re going to give everything for the fans,” Chukwueze told the club’s official website.
