West Ham United has severed ties with manager Graham Potter, citing a disappointing run of results that has plagued the team since the latter half of last season.

The club’s Board of Directors has concluded that a change in leadership is necessary to propel the team up the Premier League standings.

Cyber Reporters reports that Potter’s exit follows a tumultuous period, with the team struggling to find consistency and cohesion on the pitch.

The club has also parted ways with Potter’s coaching staff, including Assistant Coach Bruno Saltor and other key personnel.

In a statement, West Ham United expressed appreciation for Potter’s efforts and wished him well in his future endeavors.

The club has already initiated the process of searching for a new manager, with several candidates reportedly in the running.

Potter’s tenure at West Ham was marked by high expectations, given his success at Brighton & Hove Albion, where he developed a reputation for innovative tactics and player development.

However, Potter’s stint at Chelsea was brief and tumultuous, and it appears that his time at West Ham has followed a similar trajectory.
