West Ham United has appointed Nuno Espirito Santo as their new manager, just hours after parting ways with Graham Potter due to a string of disappointing results.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Nuno has signed his contract and will take charge with immediate effect, with his first training session scheduled for later today.

Nuno brings a wealth of experience to the role, having successfully guided Wolverhampton Wanderers from the Championship to the Europa League knockout stages.

He has also had stints at Tottenham Hotspur and Al-Ittihad in Saudi Arabia, where he led the team to the 2022/23 Saudi Pro League title.

Cyber Reporters recalls the appointment comes after West Ham United’s Board of Directors concluded that a change in leadership was necessary to improve the team’s Premier League position as soon as possible.

Graham Potter’s departure follows a poor run of results that left the team struggling in the league.

Potter’s backroom staff have also left the club, and Nuno will now take charge of the team as they look to turn their season around.

The club is yet to release an official statement beyond confirming Potter’s departure and Nuno’s appointment.
