Manchester United’s manager, Ruben Amorim is under pressure after a poor start to the season, with the team earning just four points from their opening four matches.

Cyber Reporters gathered that the board has convened an emergency meeting, signaling that mediocrity will no longer be tolerated.

Amorim’s future hangs in the balance, with potential replacements already being considered.

Some top contenders to replace Amorim include Mauricio Pochettino, former Tottenham Hotspur and Paris Saint-Germain boss with Premier League experience.

Another contender is Oliver Glasner, Crystal Palace manager known for organization and tight defensive work.

Andoni Iraola, Bournemouth manager who has transformed the club with attractive football also made it to the list.

Others are Unai Emery, Aston Villa manager and three-time Europa League winner; and Gareth Southgate, England coach with experience managing high-profile players.

Amorim’s insistence on sticking with his preferred formations has drawn criticism, and the board’s confidence in him has been eroded.

Unless there is rapid improvement, Amorim might be removed, with some reports suggesting the international break could be a deadline for change.

Manchester United’s hierarchy is preparing for all scenarios, including potential compensation and backroom staff costs if Amorim is sacked.
