Premier League champions, Liverpool have announced May 26 as trophy parade day.
The Reds clinched the title on Sunday, defeating Tottenham Hotspur 5-1.
With five games remaining, Arne Slot’s team now leads Arsenal by 15 points. The club has already stated that the players will go to celebrate the triumph with its fans on May 26.
“We’re delighted to officially invite Liverpool Football Club to parade around the city on 26 May.
“A Liverpool victory parade is more than football – it’s a celebration of our city’s pride, passion and community spirit,” a statement from the club reads.
Slot now joins the likes of Carlo Ancelotti, Jose Mourinho, Manuel Pellegrini, Claudio Ranieri and Antonio Conte – all of whom won the EPL in their first seasons.
