Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola is allegedly close to making his first signing of the summer to kick off the club’s summer redevelopment.

Manchester City boosted their Champions League hopes with a late win over Aston Villa on Tuesday, but they are already planning to strengthen their squad this summer.

Manager Pep Guardiola is focusing on the goalkeeping position, since Ederson is poised to leave the club after a long and successful stay.

Diogo Costa of Porto is expected to replace the Brazilian star, with rumors indicating that this could be City’s first signing of the summer rebuild.

Chelsea, Arsenal, and Manchester United are also reportedly interested in signing the Portuguese shot-stopper.
