Liverpool’s relentless title push suffered a minor setback on Sunday as they were defeated 3-2 at Fulham.

Cyber Reporters reports that despite dominating possession, the Reds were caught off guard by a clinical Fulham performance.

The visitors took the lead through Alexis MacAllister’s well-placed shot, which caught Bernd Leno off guard. However, Fulham quickly turned the game around, scoring three times before halftime.

Ryan Sessegnon’s stunning first-time volley was followed by goals from Alex Iwobi and Rodrigo Muniz, leaving Liverpool reeling.

In the second half, Conor Bradley set up Luis Diaz to reduce the deficit, but Fulham held firm to secure a crucial victory.

Despite the loss, Liverpool remain top of the table with 73 points from 31 games, 11 points clear of Arsenal.

The Reds now need a maximum of 11 points from their remaining seven matches to clinch the title.

Meanwhile, Fulham’s win propelled them to eighth place with 48 points, just three points behind Manchester City in fifth.

A top-five finish would likely secure a Champions League spot for the Cottagers next season.
