Manchester United Cautioned Against Re-signing Pogba

Paul Parker, a former Manchester United player, has cautioned his former team against re-signing Paul Pogba.

Parker thinks it would be a step backward for the Premier League team to bring Pogba back to the Red Devils. Instead, he advised Ruben Amorim’s team to concentrate on acquiring players with the proper mindset.

Following the reduction of his four-year doping ban to 18 months, Pogba is scheduled to return to football in March. The French midfielder has played for Manchester United twice before.

Due to the termination of his contract with Juventus, the 31-year-old is now a free agent.

Speaking to GOAL, Parker said of Pogba: “You have got to look at how long he has been out. You have got to look at what he is already doing publicity-wise and putting himself out there.

“It’s going backwards again. They went backwards getting him before. There was a reason why Sir Alex let him go. They respected that there was something that wasn’t right.

“They tried it again, and it didn’t work. To go back now, for me, it wouldn’t be the manager’s decision.
