Spanish professional football club, Valencia has announced the signing of Nigerian forward Motunrayo Ezekiel.

Ezekiel, who joined Valencia from Nigeria Women’s Premier League club Naija Ratels, signed a one-year contract.

The 21-year-old has previously played for the Rivers Angels and Lakeside Queens.

The striker was a member of Nigeria’s women’s football team, who won silver at the 2023 All Africa Games in Accra, Ghana.

She joined the list of Nigerian players competing in the Spanish Women’s League. Valencia is at the bottom of the league table, with only six points.
