Mamadou Sarr of Strasbourg, a member of the BlueCo group, has agreed to join Chelsea for the 2025–2026 season.

Fabrizio Romano, a football transfer specialist, revealed this in a tweet on Monday through his X account.

Romano claims that the teenage center-back has already consented to join the Premier League team in west London. A deal of €15 million plus add-ons is about to be finalized, he noted.

“Chelsea agree to sign Mamadou Sarr from BlueCo group club Strasbourg for next season 25/26,” Romano tweeted.

“Package worth €15m add-ons included, deal set to be sealed as
@FabriceHawkins reported.

Sarr is a member of the French Under-19 team as well. In 2024, he left Lyon, a French Ligue 1 team, to join Strasbourg.

The 19-year-old has previously gone on loan to RWD Molenbeek, a team in Belgium.
