President Bola Tinubu has arrived at the National Assembly to present the highly anticipated 2025 national budget.

His arrival, which took place at 12:10 PM, marks the end of several postponements that had delayed the budget presentation.

The President was accompanied by several officials from the executive arm of government, including key members of his team.

Earlier, the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, had arrived with members of the National Working Committee, setting the stage for the President’s arrival.

Upon his arrival, Tinubu and his team were warmly received by Senate President Godswill Akpabio and Speaker of the House of Representatives Tajudeen Abbas.

The 2025 budget presentation is expected to outline the government’s spending plans and priorities for the upcoming year.

According to reports, the proposed budget stands at ₦47.9 trillion, with key parameters including a $75 oil price benchmark per barrel and an exchange rate of N1,400 to $1
