Manchester United coach, Ruben Amorim, has stated what he wants to accomplish for Marcus Rashford at the club.
Amorim pulled Rashford from the Red Devils’ team that defeated Manchester City last weekend.
The Portuguese later stated that he is ready to set high standards in the club.
His decision to omit Rashford sparked rumors that the England forward will look to depart the club next year.
However, while addressing the upcoming Manchester United’s Carabao Cup match against Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday, Amorim stated unequivocally that he wants to assist Rashford in returning to his greatest form for the club.
“United need big talent and he’s a big talent, so he just needs to perform at highest level. That’s my focus,” Amorim said about Rashford.
“I just want to help Marcus. We are better with Marcus.
“I will try different things to push Marcus to the best levels he showed in the past.”
