Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has revealed that attacker Kylian Mbappe will miss his team’s next La Liga encounter against Rayo Vallecano.

On Saturday night, Ancelotti’s team will play Rayo Vallecano away in LaLiga.

However, Mbappe will miss the encounter at Estadio de Vallecas owing to an injury.

The France international suffered a thigh injury during Real Madrid’s Champions League win over Atalanta in midweek.

Mbappe is still healing from his injury, and Ancelotti has announced that the forward will travel to the away game but will not face the hosts.

“Kylian Mbappé will NOT play tomorrow… but he will travel for the Intercontinental Cup in Doha,” Ancelotti said at his pre-match interview as quoted by Fabrizio Romano.

“We will see if he plays. We will see.”

The kick-off time for the match is 9pm Nigerian time.
