Super Eagles stars, Wilfred Ndidi and Calvin Bassey are walking a tightrope in the Premier League, as they are just one yellow card away from a one-match suspension.
According to Premier League regulations, a player who accumulates five yellow cards in a season must serve a one-match ban.
Cyber Reporters gathered that both Ndidi and Bassey have received four yellow cards each so far, leaving them vulnerable to suspension.
Leicester City’s Wilfred Ndidi will be in action today, December 3, as his team hosts West Ham United at the King Power Stadium.
This match marks the debut of Leicester City’s new manager, Ruud van Nistelrooy, who will be looking to make an immediate impact with the Foxes.
Meanwhile, Fulham’s Calvin Bassey will also be in action later this week, as his team welcomes Brighton & Hove Albion to Craven Cottage on Thursday night.
Bassey will need to be cautious to avoid picking up a fifth yellow card, which would rule him out of Fulham’s next match.
