Nottingham Forest manager, Nuno Espirito Santo is optimistic that Nigerian full-back, Ola Aina will sign a contract extension with the club.

Aina’s current contract is set to expire in the coming months, but Forest have initiated talks with the player regarding a possible extension.

Santo expressed his admiration for Aina’s performances, stating that the club loves what he is doing. The manager praised Aina not only as a player but also as a person.

Cyber Reporters recalls that Aina joined Nottingham Forest on a free transfer in 2023 and signed a one-year contract extension this summer.

The Nigerian full-back has been an important player for the club, and it is clear that Forest wants to retain his services.

Santo acknowledged that contract negotiations are handled by other officials within the club. However, his positive comments suggest that the club is keen to reach an agreement with Aina.

With the contract talks underway, Forest fans will be hoping for a positive outcome.

The outcome of the contract negotiations will be eagerly awaited by Nottingham Forest fans and Aina’s potential extension would be a welcome boost to the club.
