Renowned Nigerian evangelist and filmmaker, Mike Bamiloye has issued a stern warning to those who criticize men of God, cautioning them of severe consequences.

In a recent post on his official X account, Bamiloye referenced biblical examples to emphasize the dangers of disrespecting spiritual leaders.

He shared the story of Michal, the daughter of Saul, who despised King David for dancing before God, as recorded in 2 Samuel 6:16 and 6:23.

Despite David not cursing her, Michal faced divine punishment, remaining childless until her death.

Bamiloye emphasized that criticizing men of God can have severe repercussions, stating, “Some people have carried unnecessary curses they ought not to have carried in the first place. Why? Because they had insulted some genuine men of God who carry fires meant for the devil.”

He further warned, “Because some men of God had disappointed you does not imply every man of God you see should now be despised and insulted. It is a very dangerous venture.”

Bamiloye concluded with a strong warning, urging individuals to be cautious and respect spiritual leaders: “Some people are always looking for any excuse to despise and talk against men of God. Fear for your future!”
