Ballon d’Or winner and Manchester City midfielder, Rodri has expressed his admiration for Real Madrid, labeling the Spanish giants as the best football club in history.

The Spain international’s comments have sparked speculation about a potential future move to the La Liga champions.

Rodri, who was recently crowned the world’s best player after winning the 2024 Ballon d’Or, revealed that he would be honored to receive a call from Real Madrid.

“When Real Madrid calls you, the best club in history and the most successful… It makes you proud and you always have to listen,” he said in an interview.

Rodri’s comments suggest that he would be open to a move to Real Madrid in the future, and his admiration for the club’s rich history and success is evident.

However, it remains to be seen whether a transfer will materialize, and for now, Rodri remains a key player for Manchester City.
