Napoli’s Sporting Director, Giovanni Manna, has quashed rumors of Victor Osimhen’s potential permanent transfer to Galatasaray.

Manna emphasized that the Turkish champions cannot meet the €75 million buyout clause in Osimhen’s contract.

Manna stated, “Our door is closed to negotiations. Galatasaray lacks the financial capability to meet this significant amount.”

He noted that multiple clubs are interested in Osimhen and willing to pay the required fee.

Cyber Reporters gathered that Osimhen, 25, has been exceptional since joining Galatasaray on a season-long loan in September.

In nine appearances, he has scored eight goals and provided four assists, showcasing his value to Okan Buruk’s squad.

Galatasaray had considered a swap deal for Osimhen due to financial constraints. However, Manna’s statement indicates Napoli are not entertaining offers for the Nigerian striker.

Napoli’s stance suggests Osimhen may return to Italy once his loan expires.

Osimhen’s impressive performance has attracted attention, but Napoli’s resolve remains firm.

The €75 million price tag serves as a significant barrier for Galatasaray, safeguarding Osimhen’s Napoli future.
