Family Unveils Burial Arrangement for Late Akwa Ibom First Lady, Patience Eno

The family of the late First Lady of Akwa Ibom State, Patience Umo Eno, has finally confirmed her burial preparations.

Pastor Patience Eno died on September 26 of an unexplained illness.

Enobong Uwah, Secretary to the State Government, announced on Friday that the burial will take place on November 29 with a funeral service at her country house in Ikot Ekpene Udo, Nsit Ubium LGA.

He also announced a week-long condolence visit starting on November 20 and finishing on November 26.

According to him, the Night of Worship and Tributes will take place on November 22nd at 6 p.m. at the International Worship Centre in Uyo.

The SSG further announced that the service of songs is scheduled for November 27 at her country house in Ikot Ekpene Udo, Nsit Ubium Local Government Area, from 6 to 8 p.m.

“The family is deeply grateful for the overwhelming love and support from people and organisations across the country and beyond, and further requests continued prayers, understanding and solidarity,” Uwah told the newspaper.

He asked friends and supporters to join the family in a series of events commemorating Pastor Patience Eno’s life.
