Popular social media critic Very Dark Man has been released from custody after completing his bail conditions, Cyber Reporters report.

The police prosecuted him in an Abuja court this morning for unauthorized use of a police uniform.

His lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, confirmed via his X Twitter that he had been released after fulfilling his bail requirements.

The social media critic was charged in court this morning, November 1, with improper use of police clothes.

Recall that VeryDarkMan surfaced on the internet a few days ago wearing what appeared to be a Nigerian Police uniform.

The self-described activist then identified himself as the Chief Superintendent Officer (CSP) of their internet section.

VeryDarkMan informed his followers that he is responsible for apprehending those responsible for internet atrocities and will not hesitate to hold them accountable.

The Nigerian police were not pleased with this behavior, so they summoned VeryDarkMan to their station and accused him of using their outfit without permission.

The social media pundit accepted their invitation and later apologized, stating that he did not know there was a police position known as CSP (Chief Superintendent Officer).
