Bobrisky, the controversial crossdresser, has found himself at the center of a defamation storm involving prominent human rights lawyer Femi Falana and his son, rapper Falz.

Cyber Reporters reports that an audio recording surfaced last month, allegedly featuring Bobrisky claiming to have given the Falanas N10 million to secure a presidential pardon for his conviction earlier this year.

However, Bobrisky has vehemently denied the allegations, disowning the voice in the recording.

In a statement, Bobrisky declared, “I, Okuneye Idris, aka Bobrisky, didn’t give Falz or his dad any money for pardon. As a matter of fact, no penny was given to them.”

Bobrisky’s denial comes after Falana and his son issued a 12-hour ultimatum for an apology through a cease-and-desist letter signed by lawyers from Falana and Falana’s Chambers.

The letter demanded that Bobrisky retract his statements and apologize for the alleged defamation.

In response, Bobrisky took to Instagram to maintain his innocence and shift blame to the audio’s publisher.

“The person that published the audio online should take full responsibility for what he posted in public,” Bobrisky stated, emphasizing that anyone claiming defamation should pursue the publisher, not him.

Bobrisky’s stance has sparked debate, with some questioning the authenticity of the audio recording and others criticizing his denial.

As the controversy unfolds, Bobrisky remains resolute in his claim of innocence.

For now, Bobrisky’s focus remains on clearing his name and distancing himself from the alleged defamation.

Recall that VeryDarkMan, a notorious social media blogger and controversy stirrer published the explosive audio recording that sparked the defamation controversy involving Bobrisky, Femi Falana, and Falz.
