Zenith Bank Restores Services to Customers Nationwide

Zenith Bank, Nigeria’s leading bank, has announced that its customers can now transact smoothly across all of its channels, Cyber Reporters report.

The Bank announced this in a memo on Friday.

This comes after the bank had previously declared a service outage on Tuesday due to system maintenance.

The Bank informed its customers in an update that services had been restored across all of its channels, including Bank Debit, Credit, and Prepaid cards, Automated Teller Machines, ATMs, Point of Sale terminals, POS, Mobile Apps, Internet Banking Platforms, and Agents nationwide (Agent Banking).

This means that clients will not have difficulty receiving services through its Channels.

The memo reads: “Dear Valued Customer,We are pleased to inform you that you can now perform transactions conveniently, with the following Zenith Bankchannels:
Bank Debit, Credit and Prepaid cards
Zenith Bank Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), Bank Point of Sales terminals (POS), Bank Mobile App, Zenith Bank Internet Banking Platform,  Agents nationwide (Agent Banking).

“You can also visit any of our branches nationwide to perform your transactions.”
