Tragedy struck at the Zonal Accountant Ministry Church in Ejigbo, Lagos, on September 8th, when a 55-year-old woman, Ifeoma, collapsed and died during a church service.
Reports say the incident occurred at exactly 8:48 a.m during the testimony hour, when Ifeoma came forward to share her testimony. Witnesses reported that she was singing and suddenly collapsed.
Immediate efforts were made to rush Ifeoma to a nearby hospital, but she was later referred to the General Hospital in Isolo, where doctors confirmed her death.

The Lagos State Police spokesman, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the incident and revealed that police detectives were dispatched to the hospital.
However, they were met with the news that Ifeoma’s family had already taken her body to Anambra State for burial.
The exact cause of Ifeoma’s sudden death remains unclear, and authorities have not yet announced whether an investigation will be launched into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The tragic incident has left the church community in shock, and condolences have been pouring in for Ifeoma’s family and loved ones.
