A group of Nigerian soldiers, fed up with the inaction of their superiors, has taken matters into their own hands by boldly challenging notorious bandit kingpin Bello Turji to come out of hiding and face them directly.

The soldiers, visibly frustrated, posted a viral video on Tuesday night, calling out Turji for his relentless attacks on innocent civilians.

They dared him to leave his hideout and confront them, instead of targeting defenseless men, women, and children.

The soldiers, speaking in Hausa, said:

“Bello Turji, prove your bravery and come out to face us. We’re tired of waiting for orders to pursue you. Leave innocent civilians alone and confront us instead.”

They taunt Turji, saying he’s not man enough to face them, and that they’re better equipped to handle him now than they were when they defeated Boko Haram in Maiduguri. The soldiers conclude:

“Come out of your hideout and let’s face each other. You’re not a real man if you’re killing and kidnapping innocents. We have guns too, and we’re ready for you.

“You, Bello Turji, if you know you are man enough and believe you are truly the son of your mother, come out and let’s face each other.

“Since they have refused to give us an order to come to where you are, come out from your hideout and let us face each other and see what will happen.

“Please for Allah’s sake, stop kidnapping and killing civilians; they are innocent.

“Before now, we didn’t know what a soldier or a gun was and we eliminated Boko Haram in Maiduguri, Borno State, let alone now that we are soldiers and know what a gun is. In fact, Bello Turji, you are mad.

“You have a gun and we have guns too, come out from your hideout and let us face each other.

“You are not man enough if you are kidnapping and killing innocent civilians, leave them and come out and face us.”

The soldiers’ public challenge stems from their frustration over the lack of directives from higher authorities to pursue Turji and his criminal gang.

Despite his notorious reputation, Turji has continued to wreak havoc, seemingly with impunity.

By issuing this challenge, the soldiers aim to put an end to Turji’s reign of terror. They are ready to face him head-on, determined to protect innocent lives and bring the bandit kingpin to justice.

The viral video has sparked a wave of support for the soldiers, with many Nigerians calling for action against Turji and his gang.
