Big Brother Naija, BBNaija season 9 edition has just introduced a game-changing twist to the ongoing season.
In a surprise move, Biggie has dissolved the remaining eight pairs in the house, leaving all housemates to compete individually.
This new development was announced on Sunday, after the 24-hour timer ran out. Biggie revealed that each housemate will now compete solo, marking a significant shift in the game dynamics.
As a result, the house now boasts 16 individual housemates, each vying for the grand prize.
The housemates include Ozee, Ocee, Wanni, Handi, Ben, Topher, Sooj, Tjay, Anita, Nelly, Victoria, Shaun, Kellyrae, Kassia, Chizoba, and Onyeka.
Earlier on Sunday, the Radicals pair, consisting of Fairme and Mhickey, were evicted from the house after a five-week run.

Their departure marked the end of an era, as the pairs system has now been dismantled.
The grand prize for this season remains a staggering ₦100 million, which includes a cash prize and an SUV.
Additional sponsored prizes will also be announced, making the competition even more intense.
As the show enters its sixth week, the housemates must adapt quickly to the new twist. With no pairs to rely on, each housemate must now focus on their individual strengths and strategies to survive.
The season will run for 10 weeks, culminating in the finale on Sunday, October 6, 2024.
With the new twist in place, the competition is expected to heat up, and housemates will stop at nothing to claim the coveted prize.
