Nigerian singer Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, popularly known as Peruzzi, has threatened to take legal action against a social media troll.

This comes after a doctored screenshot of his reported tweet alleging that his record label boss, Davido, cut him off because of his alleged infidelity with his wife, Chioma, went viral on social media.

Peruzzi disowned and quickly erased the viral doctored screenshot that suggested he sent a damning tweet about Davido.

Following his rejoinder, @belikebaddy, the social media user responsible for the doctored screenshot, apologised to Peruzzi and Davido on Thursday and pledged not to repeat his actions.

He wrote: “I apologize for posting an edited tweet which involved @peruzzi and @davido. I take full responsibility for all my actions have caused, and I promise it’ll never happen again. My apologies to DMW Management,”

However, the singer who was not having it still reiterated that he will take legal actions

The singer wrote: “Yall retweet this, so he can have money for court.”

In another post, Peruzzi said: “God forgives, I do too. But not this time. F**k that.”
