Political loyalists of Governor Sim Fubara have just been denied bail by the Federal High Court, Abuja.

Justice Mobolaji Olajuwon has denied Chime Eguma Ezebalike, Prince Lukman Oladele, Kenneth Goodluck Kpasa, Osiga Donald, and Ochueja Thankgod, who were charged with acts of terrorism, bail after their arrest.

The apprehended men who are allegedly termed loyalists of the Rivers State Governor, Similayi Fubabra  were arraigned by the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, on seven counts of terrorism.

while Their lawyer, Lukman Fagbemi, applied for bail, the Justice dismissed the application, adding that it lacked merit.

Justice Olajuwon argued that bails are not applicable to terrorism offenses.

The said suspects were arrested last year allegations of burning down the Rivers State House of Assembly complex.
