Nigerian singer, Iyanya’s long anticipated album is set to be released today 2nd February after his performance at Davido’s Concert.
He also seized the moment to appreciated his colleague Davido expressed gratitude for his support in advancing his career.
Davido had invited Iyanya, to the stage at his concert held in Paris, France, on Tuesday night, January 31.
Iyanya posted some of his thoughts from the concert on Twitter.
He said the experience showed how important it is to go on music tours, particularly for singers like him who have a large back catalogue that spans more than ten years.
Iyanya, who was excited to talk to fans, also used the occasion to confirm the date of the release of his upcoming album.
He wrote; Thank you @davido for the opportunity to engage my fans in Paris. The screams are clear that we we still got more than enough to offer, my Album drop 2nd February, make sure you listen
“Today was an opportunity to say this, for artiste like me with a huge catalog spanning over a decade, we should tour more often and engage bigger audiences. Did that today in Paris with @davido and my UK x European Tour starts on the 17th and we will go hard.”
