24 hrs to Guber elections, Lokoja LGA chairman dies

Barely 24 hours to the State’s governorship elections, The Chairman of Lokoja Local Government Council in Kogi State, Hon. Mohammed D Mohammed, has been reported dead.

Hon. Mohammed D Mohammed

sources close to the deceased have attributed the cause of his death to high blood pressure.

The late chairman was last seen in public at meeting with stakeholders of the All Progressive Congress in the State Government house.


The late council boss is billed to be buried today, according Islamic practice, at the conclusion of Jamma’at prayers.
