A High Court sitting in Maitama, Abuja, has granted former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele, bail.
Justice Olukayode Adeniyi has granted bail to the embattled former CBN governor in a ruling today, November 8.
However, his bail is hinged on the condition that he’ll be in Court on the 15th of November, to answer charges pressed against him by Nigeria’s anti-graft agency, the EFCC.
Emefiele, who was suspended by the President, has been in custody of the Department of State Security, DSS.
