Ex-Big Brother Naija housemate and actor, Pere Egbi has broken his silence on his relationship with Mercy Eke.
Recall that Pere and Mercy became an item at the tail end of the just completed BBNaija All Stars season and have kept their romance under wraps since leaving the programme.
Recently, there were rumors that the two had broken up, particularly after Mercy displayed gifts she had received and Pere indicated that he was not the sender.
In response to the split rumour, Pere revealed that they are keeping their relationship private.
Pere stated this during a recent interview with TVC. He stated that they are OK with one other and are looking forward to seeing where it takes them.
He said: “We [Mercy and I] are friends and we are just keeping everything out of the public. Let’s see where it goes.”
