The suite between Governor of Enugu State, Peter Mbah Ndubisi and the National Youth Service Corp will be decided today the federal High Court, Abuja.

The case will be presided over by Justice Inyang Ekwo. The suite was filed by the NYSC against the Enugu State Governor, with allegations of forgery.

Supporters and opponents of the Governor have flooded the court to witness the judgment which is slated to take place in a few hours.

Governor Mbah had however sued the Director General of NYSC, Ibrahim Muhammad, after the organization published a rebuttal that it didn’t issue any certificate to Mbah in 2003.

In May 2023, Justice Ekwo had restrained the NYSC from making any further statements or public briefing on the issue, pending the judgment of the court.
