Court reserves Judgment on Kano State Gov. appeal against his sack

Court of Appeal which sat in Abuja today has reserved Judgment over the appeal filed by Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf, challenging his sack at the tribunal.

Appeal Court set to deliver Judgement on Abba Yusuf’s appeal against sack by tribunal

The tribunal had invalidated about 165,663 votes casted for Yusuf over authenticity issues, thereby declaring the second highest scorer of votes, Nasiru Yusuf Gawuno as the duly elected governor of the state.

NYSC CERT SAGA: Court rules in Favour of Peter Mbah

Gawuno is the former deputy governor of the state and also standard bearer of the All Progressives Congress in the just concluded Governorship elections.
