The wife of late Nigerian singer Mohbad Wunmi, has finally spoken up and shared her stance on the ongoing investigations and rumors related to her husband’s death.
Since the singer’s unexpected death on September 12th, a tornado of controversy has engulfed the circumstances of his death, including suspicions of infidelity and doubts about the paternity of their son, Liam.
Wunmi, who had remained silent during the storm of claims, has finally issued a statement addressing the ongoing investigations and the pressing matter of a DNA test for her kid.
Wunmi’s statement was shared by popular actress Iyabo Ojo, who has been ardently pushing for justice in Mohbad’s case.
Wunmi reaffirmed her undying dedication to pursue justice for her late spouse, Mohbad, in the statement.
She stated that she would expose the truth during the Coroner’s inquest on November 7th, 2023. Furthermore, she emphasised the importance of performing a DNA test on her kid.
She Said; Hello ma, I’ve decided not to speak on anything until 7th of November, which is the coroner inquest because I do not want any side distraction. All I want is justice for my husband, which I believe the Nigerian government are working on. After everything, I’ll either grant an interview or tell my own story before the whole world, and also DNA is definitely a must!!!”
