Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike has lambasted Peter Obi for rejecting the judgment at the tribunal.

Wike went on to dare the former Governor of Anambra State to tell the world if he bribed judges to reclaim his mandate when he was declared Governor of Anambra State.

The former Rivers chief executive spoke on Channels TV after the Labour Party, LP, presidential candidate rejected the ruling of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal that upheld the victory of Bola Tinubu.

Both the petitions of the Labour Party and the People’s Democratic Party were trashed by the PEPT on September 6th 2023.

In Wike’s words:

“Did Peter Obi not win at the Supreme Court when he was removed as governor? Did he pay bribe? Let him tell the world now,” Wike said.

When he was removed as a governor, did he not reclaim his mandate at the Supreme Court?

“Judiciary was right but now that the decision happened, judiciary is wrong.”
