The former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emiefele arrived the High court in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
However, the proceedings were stalled due to the absence of some defendants who joined the case.
A few days ago, the federal Government dropped the arms possession charged against the ousted CBN Governor but pressed additional 20 count charge.
The court proceedings was adjourned till August 23, 2023.
