Governor of Ondo State, Rotim Akeredolu has gifted new SUVs to all 26 lawmakers of the Ondo State House of Assembly.
The Governor who is currently receiving medical attention in Germany for an undisclosed illness has just acquired new cars to all the members of the state’s legislative arm.
This was disclosed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Olatunde Richard, via his official twitter handle.
Representing the governor to perform this exercise was the Secretary General to the State Government, Princess Odu who stressed that the vehicles were procure to ease the legislative stress of members of the house.
The Twitter post which read:

Akeredolu’s illness and eventual ”health vacation” have been shrouded in secrecy in the last few months.
However, the CPS to the Governor had debunked rumors of his return, adding that the Governor is recovering in Germany and would be back soon.
