Fetus Kenyamo Apologises to Senate

Festus Kenyamo, former minister of state for Labour and employment has tendered an apology to the members of the National Assembly.

Following the obstruction of his screening process, Ministerial nominee and former spokesman to Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Festus Kenyamo has apologized to the members of the senate for failing to Honor their request of inquiry back in 2020 over the 774,000 job scheme introduced by former president Buhari.

A lawmaker, Senator Nwokocha Darlington had raised a motion to suspend the screening and nomination of Festus over allegations bothering on corruption and insubordination.

Festus has however tendered an unreserved apology to the members of the senate, and Senate President Akpabio has accepted his apology and asked him to take a bow and go.
