Tinubu showers encomium on Interior Minister

Minister of Interior, Hon (Dr.) Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo has received encomium  from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu over his reforms and initiatives in the ministry.

Tinubu, who spoke at the federal executive council meeting commended the Minister for easing the stress of Nigerians via his recent strategies.

While singling out the minister of Interior, he stated that he has been receiving various positive reviews of the various reforms which has been introduced by Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo.

According the President, the Minister was changing the narrative by restoring the confidence in Government by the people.

Since assumption as minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo within two weeks cleared over 20,000 passport backlogs at no extra cost to the federal government.

Tunji was celebrated by Nigerians for his first move of clearing over 20,000 backlog of passports collection in just two weeks.

Also under him, the ministry of interior is set to launch the installation of E-Gates across international airports in Nigeria.
