Former Minister of Youths and Sports under the Buhari led administration, Solomon Dalung has declared that their executive council absorbs full responsibility for Buhari’s failures.
Dalung via a series of tweets accepted that while former President Muhammad’s Buhari may have failed, he should not be blamed for the current hardship of today, adding that the present Tinubu led administration was deficient of ideas.
According to him:
This is coming after series of government officials from the Bola Tinubu led administration have constantly blamed President Buhari for the current economic hardship in the nation.
However, Dalung who was a minister under Buhari from 2015-2019 disagrees, adding that the sudden removal of fuel subsidy by President Tinubu upon his inauguration without shock absorbers was a bad decision.
His words:
All mercenaries hired for paradigm shift for blame game failed to explain the reckless economic policies of subsidy withdrawal without shock absorber mechanisms, floating the Naira without stimulating production, corruption & high governance cost. Is @MBuhari also responsible?
